Monday, December 20, 2010-
AHHHHHH. What a lovely day :) Hm, woke up super early @ 11AM ish. Got ready & headed out for brunch @ Okasuya w/ my family. Frank & Lance went to have a 'guys day'. LOL Ummm, after lunch we went on a 'scenic drive' through Half Moon Bay. We randomly stopped at this little shop & i was like "Wtf? Where are we?..." LOL Omg, i look back & frank is there too! Along w/ Erica & Lance (JERK! LIED TO ME!!) LOL Turns out they surprised me by bringing me to this store that sold bunnies. Frank was gonna get me one for Christmas! Umm i really liked this one bunny but when my mom saw how big it would grow up to be, she was like "You know what? I changed my mind. I'm going to let you get a dog. But i might change my mind again tomorrow so you better decide what you want now." AAAAH! OF COURSE I WANT A DOG! I've been for the LONGEST time. I've been bugging her everyday about it ^^ She finally agreed! EEEEK. LOL So of course, i chose to get a dog. I really wanted either a Japanese Spitz (which is rare in SF :/), a German Shepard, or a Siberian husky. They wouldn't let me get those though, cause its WAY too big and would ruin our wooden floors. So instead, they just brought me to Serramonte to pick from the pet shop. LOL I saw this Schnoodle that was SO SO SO cute. Ahhhh. We played w/ it for a while & i really really liked him. We decided to go home & look around online first. Ummm.. went home, searched for a while & literally didn't find any good dogs around here :/ None that i like at least. I searched up the description of a Schnoodle & found out that...

"The Schnoodle is very loyal to his family, affectionate, extremely intelligent, easily trained, clever, friendly, fun loving, with plenty of personality! They are good with children and get along fine with other animals. They are great watchdogs because they will let you know when someone is near, but they are non-aggressive. They not yappy dogs unless you allow them to take over your home. They love car rides. This great companion dog excels in obedience, agility, flyball, and make excellent therapy dogs, they are first and foremost a loyal and loving companion! They would be fine in an apartment or on a farm, as long as they are with their family. These dogs are so loyal and affectionate they would not be happy kept outdoors. As far as exercise, the Schnoodle is very adaptable. A game of fetch played in the house or a 5 mile jog, either one is fine with them. Because the Poodle and the Schnauzer both do not shed, the Schnoodle does not shed so they must be brushed weekly and clipped every 6 to 12 weeks depending on the length of hair preferred. Their nails should be kept trimmed. The Schnoodle sheds little to no hair and is considered good for allergy sufferers."

It was literally PERFECT. I want a dog that is affectionate & medium-large sized. Babe wants a dog that can fetch & play w/ him. My parents want a dog that doesn't shed & is good for allergy sufferers! I was like HOLY CRAP... maybe i should just get it.. LOL So after an hour of deciding, i realized that i wanted it. The only thing holding me back was the length of his snout :/ The Schnauzers snout is SO long & i don't like it ): The one @ the store had a kind of longish snout but it wasn't that bad... so i was just scared it'll be super ugly when it grows up ): ... I realized that i could just style its fur a certain way to make it look prettier, so i decided to go back and get him. EEEEEK. We went all the way back to Serramonte & bought him. We weren't allowed to take him home cause he needs another vet check up & has to be in the store for at least 72 hours. Umm filled out some forms & payed for it ($699 w/ out tax). EEEEEEEEEEEEK. I'm still deciding on a name... I like to name dogs after sweets & spices. LOL Like Cookie, Sugar, Cocoa, Cinnamon, & etc. But it's a boy so we decided on either Momo or Hunter? I'm not sure :/ Any suggestions? EEEEEK. I can't wait to bring him home. LOL YAAYAYAYAYAY. Btw, if you search up a Schnoodle, their appearance varies SO much. I found a few pictures that sorta looks like the one i got? Here are the links!

He's not the cutest thing in the world, but a Schnoodle is supposedly very intellegent (considering poodles are the #2 smartest dog breed) & VERY affectionate (cause Schnauzers are known to be super duper loving). LOL I CANT WAITTTTTTTTTTT. :) Me is very very happy. Best Christmas present EVER.
